Welcome to today’s Wordless Wednesday!  These photos are of a mushroom WIP I’m making out of polymer clay!  Jebediah is about 1 1/4 inches high.  I will be putting him in a scene that will go on Etsy!  Woo hoo!  I’m still working on him, but I hope to have him finished by next week!  I’d love to hear ideas for the scene!  I was thinking a little creature of some kind.  Maybe a snail?

See you next week!  Love and Light!

Oh My Heartsie Girl

3 Ingredient Mushroom Baked Steak Recipe

One of my husband and daughter’s favorite food groups is beef.  They are definitely carnivores!  LOL  But even though I lean more towards vegetarian, I also enjoy a good meat dish, and we ALL love Mushroom Baked Steak!  Nothing smells so delicious as a steaming casserole dish full of Baked Steak!  And it’s so easy to make, and only needs three ingredients!

The main thing is Beef.  I used cubed steak from the 19th St. Meat Market!  Oh my goodness!  I never knew there could be such a difference in meats.  But we’ve gotten it from many different stores, and 19th St. Meat Market wins!  Hands down!

The next ingredient is Mushrooms.  Fresh, not canned.  Sooo good!  I love their meaty flavor!  Did you know mushrooms are actually a fungus?  Yep!  I kid you not!  But they are so good for you!  Not only are they very high in nutrients, but they are thought to help with cancer, diabetes, general heart health, and even weight management!  And some people even use them in place of meat for a healthier version of favorite foods!  And did you know that you can actually grow your own mushrooms at home?  It’s super easy!

And the last ingredient is Cream of Mushroom Soup.  I use it in many dishes, so I always try to keep a few cans in the pantry.  You’d think it is high in fat, but it’s quite easy to get low-fat or fat-free versions that taste just as amazing!

I hope you’ll enjoy this simple, tasty recipe!  Let me know what you think!
