Preheat oven to 260 degrees.
Grease casserole dish.
Clean mushrooms with a dry paper towel. Remove stems.
Combine all ingredients in casserole. Salt and pepper to taste. Stir to cover.
Cover with foil. Poke holes in the foil to release steam. Bake for 4 hours.
