Mushroom Baked Steak

This is a delicious, soul-warming food for a cold day!  And the gravy it creates goes wonderfully over noodles or mashed potatoes!

  • 4 Cubed Steaks
  • 2 22 oz Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 lb Fresh Button Mushrooms (or your favorite)


  1. Preheat oven to 260 degrees.

  2. Grease casserole dish.

  3. Clean mushrooms with a dry paper towel.  Remove stems.

  4. Combine all ingredients in casserole.  Salt and pepper to taste.  Stir to cover.

  5. Cover with foil.  Poke holes in the foil to release steam.  Bake for 4 hours.
